The same firm message the new-hire email and the personal invites carry, with nothing personal in it: no link, no email address. Paste it into the drivers' group. Until the go-live Monday it names the day and the Sunday-midnight deadline; from then on it says "within 24 hours".
One message per driver. Drivers who have not set a password yet get their own sign-in link (it is emailed to them as well); drivers already signed up get the sign-in reminder. Locked accounts and demo drivers are left out.

The driver only ever sees their rate — the broker rate stays on your side.

Send a PDF to be signed electronically — someone on the roster or anyone with an email. Each person gets a one-time link that opens only that document; the signed copy and its certificate come back here.

Pick your language first — the whole portal follows it. Then email or phone, and your password. Forgot it? The link under the button emails you a reset.
This week's loads, revenue, expenses and profit, each tile clickable for the detail behind it. Ready for Review sits above them — that is where submitted paperwork lands.
Drivers → Onboarding. Upload their license, then type, phone, email, start date and pay %. The sign-in link emails itself; they choose their own password. A WhatsApp message to copy appears underneath.
Driver record created, login created, the DQ checklist seeded, and the welcome email sent. Drivers starting this month also get the ELD app links.
Dispatch → Dispatch a driver → Bulk Upload. Drop in a stack of rate cons and they are read together.
Every rate con is read for you. Upload the broker copy and the driver copy separately — they are compared on load number, stops and dates, and anything that disagrees is shown before the load is created.
| Load # | Date | Pickup → Delivery | Broker | Driver | |

Dashboard → Ready for Review → open a load. Check the previews, then confirm. Rate con, BOL and the rest merge into one PDF and download.

Financials → Payroll. Cards collapse to name, rate, method, Paid and amount; expand for the breakdown. Loans are their own screen and never come off anyone's pay.
Driver profile → Reveal for ACH. Full account and routing numbers on demand, written to the activity log. Nothing sensitive is ever emailed.
Super admin only. Lands you in their portal to upload on their behalf. An amber bar keeps you one click from getting back.
Two kinds. Onboarding: let a driver in before their documents are filed — 72 hours, then 48, then no more. Dispatch: if a driver rate lands above the broker rate you can override it, or a dispatcher can request a code you approve by email.
Spent when granted — ending early does not refund it.
Current location → pickup → delivery, in order.

What to do, step by step.
Open the sign-in link in your welcome email and choose your password. After that, sign in with your email or your phone number.
Nothing else opens until this is done. Your details, your truck from the list, your CDL and medical card, the policies, and direct deposit.
6 remaining. Fill these in and the portal opens up.
New and upcoming on top. Tap Upload Paperwork when a load is delivered. If it was an empty trailer move, say so on the first question and it asks for the trailer number and five photos instead of a BOL.

A card per week, and how pay works: weekly on Friday, one week behind, Sunday to Saturday. Open a load to see every document behind it.
Approved $4,590 of $4,590 at your 85% rate
Your truck and the documents that go with it. Everything opens on screen, so you can show an officer without downloading anything.
Truck or trailer, then category, then the specific issue. Multi-select across categories. Every category has Issue not listed.
Same tab. Repair or general expense. Repairs capture mileage, city and state; expenses just need date, amount and what it was for.
Your whole DOT file. Photograph your license and medical card and the details are read off them — you only fill in what the photo could not show.
Everything you have uploaded, plus the papers for your truck and trailer. Rate confirmations and completed loads are kept apart, and a completed load opens as one document.
Pay runs weekly on Friday, one week behind. A week runs Sunday to Saturday.
Keep your details, license, and policies current.
